Our multidisciplinary team seeks a skilled Clinical Child Psychologist to provide high-quality therapeutic services to children and their families.

Job Overview

The ideal candidate will possess a child-centered approach, be nurturing, and solution-focused, with the ability to assess emotional and behavioral concerns in children and offer effective therapeutic guidance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments to understand children's emotional, social, and behavioral needs.
  • Provide individual and group counselling sessions for children to address issues such as anxiety, stress, mood regulation, bullying, and adjustment difficulties.
  • Utilize evidence-based interventions like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Play Therapy, and Mindfulness Practices to support children's growth and development.
  • Work closely with parents to offer guidance and emotional support strategies to help them manage their child's challenges.
  • Collaborate with occupational, speech, and behavioral therapists for comprehensive care.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed case records and progress reports to ensure seamless communication within the team.
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Psychology, Counselling, or Clinical Psychology from a recognized institution.
  • RCI Registration is mandatory.
  • Previous experience working with children in educational, clinical, or rehabilitation settings is essential.
