Job Summary

The Product Manager oversees the strategic development and implementation of specific therapeutic areas and brand strategies, focusing on product growth, lifecycle management, and forecasting revenue to ensure company targets are met.

This includes defining market-driven plans, developing visual aids, executing marketing strategies, and aligning with customer plans to achieve sales targets and brand A&P allocations.

  • Develop Brand Marketing Plan by analyzing market trends and customer insights.
  • Allocate resources effectively to execute in-brand budget and select agencies for material development.
  • Forecast brand performance and track progress towards target through data analysis and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop country OP Plans and influence sales targets and brand A&P allocations.
  • Develop long-range forecasts with GPM/Marketing Head to inform business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead brand teams to ensure promotional messages and standard programs maximize portfolio value across key accounts/private hospital.
  • Validate brand-specific messages, design training, and develop awareness campaigns in partnership with Medical.
  • Coordinate with brand teams to ensure timely regulatory submissions and approvals.
  • Monitor performance and build training roadmaps for capability building.
  • Leverage resources such as promotional efficiency to drive business outcomes.
Performance Metrics
  • Achievement of product revenue and market share targets.
  • Successful product launches and lifecycle management outcomes.
  • Effectiveness of marketing campaigns and customer engagement.
  • Team performance and development of junior product managers.
Requirements
  • Strategic Business Planning and Market Execution experience preferred.
  • Customer Insights to understand their needs and translate into strategy.
  • Strong analytical skills, interpretation, and communication.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, collaboration, and negotiation.
  • Vendor management and knowledge of applicable company policies and procedures.
  • Knowledge of regulatory aspects and issues related to the Pharmaceutical industry.
