Job Title: Critical Resolution Specialist

In this pivotal role, you will play a crucial part in driving business objectives and implementing corporate initiatives to align with organizational strategies and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-End Deliverables Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of HR deliverables for operations and employee relations across the organization.
  • Policy Interpretation and Guidance: Provide clear explanations and interpretations of Human Resources policies, procedures, and practices to employees.
  • Liaison and Facilitation: Establish and maintain effective communication between management and employees through regular meetings to resolve questions, concerns, issues, and escalations.
  • Issue Resolution and Counseling: Address attitudinal, behavioral, or disciplinary issues related to employees, and provide counsel on performance and behavioral matters when necessary.
  • Strategic Recommendations: Offer suggestions on initiatives and policies to foster a progressive and vibrant work culture.
  • Policy Development and Implementation: Collaborate with teams to develop and implement guidelines and policies supporting business objectives, culture, and organizational philosophy.
  • Employee Engagement: Contribute to improving employee engagement within teams.
  • HR Strategic Planning: Assist in implementing the Strategic HR plan, projects, and initiatives to add value to both the business and its employees.
  • Exit Interviews and Analysis: Conduct exit interviews, analyze data, and work towards resolving identified issues or patterns.
  • Employee Feedback and Insights: Document skip/focus group discussions, employee feedback, and provide periodic analysis with recommendations to the business.
  • Proactive Analysis and Strategy: Proactively analyze issues/trends, recommend strategies, and take ownership to implement desired change or outcome.
