Online Merchant Resolution Specialist

Merchant Support Team
The Merchant Support team handles all merchant queries, issues, and refunds raised on calls and emails, providing timely resolution.
The team is also responsible for handling merchant escalations for the business.
Job Responsibilities
- Resolve daily issues and concerns raised by online merchants through calls and emails.
- Handle outbound calls and emails to resolve merchant issues.
- Understand merchant issues and provide resolutions within defined timelines.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with MS Office (Excel).
- Flexible work schedule with rotational Sundays off.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts and coordinate with merchants over calls and emails.
