Job Responsibilities:

  • Regulatory Compliance
    • Monitor, interpret, and implement relevant guidelines.
    • Ensure timely filings and reporting.
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of evolving compliance requirements.
  • Compliance Monitoring & Risk Assessment
    • Conduct regular internal reviews and compliance risk assessments.
    • Identify process gaps and propose corrective actions.
    • Track remediation of compliance issues and ensure timely closure.
  • Policy & Documentation
    • Assist in drafting, updating, and implementing policies and procedures.
    • Maintain accurate documentation for internal compliance controls.
    • Educate internal teams on compliance obligations through training and awareness programs.
  • Audit & Reporting
    • Support internal, statutory, and regulatory audits.
    • Prepare compliance reports for senior management and regulatory bodies.
    • Act as a point of contact for compliance queries across departments.
  • Collaboration
    • Work closely with legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure organization-wide compliance.
    • Provide inputs on compliance risks during product and process development.

Role Requirements:

  • CA (Inter), CS, MBA (Finance)
  • 2–4 years of experience in compliance, internal audit, or risk management, preferably in fintech or financial services sector.
  • Strong understanding of RBI, SEBI, FEMA, AML, and other financial regulations.
  • Experience with compliance monitoring tools and MS Excel-based reporting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical mindset with problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
