Job Title: Financial Leadership Expert

Opportunity Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead our finance and accounting operations with a strong focus on process improvement, team collaboration, and strategic financial planning.

The ideal candidate will be a Chartered Accountant (CA) with 10-15 years of relevant experience in the industry, preferably in a leadership role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee accounting operations, develop and implement internal control policies, and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities, including account reconciliations and variance analysis.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and consultants, provide required documentation, and respond to findings.
  • Contribute to financial due diligence processes and perform under high-pressure scenarios.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting, monitor budget adherence, and optimize spending.
  • Ensure alignment with accounting standards, laws, and financial regulations.
  • Manage cash flow and liquidity to support business operations and long-term goals.
Requirements:
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) with 10-15 years of experience in a leadership role.
  • Strong leadership, team-building, and communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial management software/tools.
