Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled Engineering Leadership Expert to lead our engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.
  • Oversee timelines, team allocation, risk management and task prioritization to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
  • Mentor and support team members' professional growth, conduct performance reviews, provide actionable feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Requirements

Critical Skills

  • Prior experience as Tech Lead/Engineering Lead in Financial Services: Preferably in Trade Transaction Reporting.
  • Experience in leading large engineering teams with a strong focus on architecture, design, DevOps, and automation.
  • Experience working on large-scale systems with short SLA or high transactions per second.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience working in cloud computing technologies and AI.
  • Proficiency in Gridgain, Kafka, Hadoop.
  • Exposure to Barclays Front to Back systems.
