Lead Open Banking Regulatory Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Open Banking regulatory efforts. As a pivotal member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of innovative solutions that comply with regulatory frameworks.

This role involves leading analysis and design of regulatory-compliant solutions, interpreting and translating regulatory requirements into actionable business insights, and ensuring end-to-end compliance with regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in regulatory affairs, with experience working with PSD2, PSD3, and other relevant regulations in open banking and open finance.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed analyses of regulatory requirements and translate them into actionable business insights
  • Develop comprehensive traceability matrices to ensure end-to-end compliance with regulations
  • Engage with stakeholders to identify and document the impact of regulatory changes on systems, processes, and workflows
  • Support internal advocacy efforts by contributing to internal communications, regulatory insights, and compliance timelines
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support deep dives, impact assessments, and detailed requirement gathering

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a regulatory environment, preferably within financial services
  • Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a relevant field
  • Experience with PSD2 and Berlin Group NextgenPSD2 or Open Banking UK is a must
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with ability to interact confidently with senior executives and cross-functional teams
  • Ability to conduct detailed mappings of regulatory requirements to organizational systems
