Job Purpose:

The Officer Video Banking will be responsible for handling customer interactions through secure video calls. The role ensures personalized customer service, sales support, and banking transactions in a virtual environment, thereby enhancing customer convenience and digital adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries, requests, and transactions via video banking channels.
  • Assist customers with account opening, KYC verification, service requests, and complaint resolution.
  • Provide information about bank products & services and support in cross-selling / upselling.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and bank policies during all video interactions.
  • Maintain high service standards to deliver excellent customer experience.
  • Accurately update customer records and ensure secure handling of customer information.
  • Resolve issues within defined turnaround time and escalate complex cases as needed.
  • Contribute to meeting customer service & sales targets assigned to the video banking team.
  • Promote digital banking channels and guide customers in using them effectively.
