Compliance Manager - AIF/PMS/Fixed Income
Job Description:This is regarding the opening for leading fund management as a Compliance Manager - AIF/PMS/Fixed Income. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for coordinating with clients to ensure SEBI AIF/PMS compliances.
The ideal candidate should have a good experience in activities in the securities market or financial products including in portfolio manager, broker dealer, investment advisor, wealth manager, research analyst or fund management. Candidates with exposure in AIF/ PMS compliance are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate with clients for SEBI AIF/PMS compliances
- Resolve regulatory queries of clients
- Co-ordinate during Inspection/Audit
- Assist in group level restructuring projects as initiated by the company from time to time
- Ensure regulatory compliances for the current and future regulatory projects
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Candidates should have a minimum 3-10 years of experience in compliance management in AIF/PMS/Fixed income/SEBI.
