Job Title

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Commercial Property Manager. This role will involve managing commercial properties, developing relationships with top corporates, and executing transactions to ensure smooth closure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of commercial properties across Mumbai
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to understand their leasing goals and propose suitable opportunities
  • Source properties fitting client requirements from real estate developers, channel partners, and landlords
  • Negotiate and close deals while taking care of post-sales process for tenants
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, leasing, or business development roles
  • Commercial real estate sales/leasing experience is preferred
  • This role involves high levels of client interaction, requiring strong interpersonal skills
  • Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced corporate environment with high compensation upside
