Luxury Sales Head

Sales Leadership Opportunity:
As a seasoned Sales professional, you will contribute to devising and implementing Sales strategies that align with the Company's Business Plan.
Sales Strategy & Operations:
- Develop and execute programs to maximize revenue, control expenses, and improve customer satisfaction.
Competition Analysis & Channel Partnerships:
- Monitor competitors' new launches in the Super Luxury segment and develop strategies to stay ahead.
- Interface with Channel Partners and financial institutions for sales promotional activities and maintain visibility in the Ultra HNI network.
Building Relationships with Customers & Channel Partners:
- Nurture long-term relationships with Channel Partners and engage with customers through events and regular updates.
- Engage with customers to resolve grievances and generate leads.
- Interface with financial institutions to devise effective financing plans.
Requirements:
- MBA/PGDBM with specialization in Sales & Marketing.
- 10 to 20 years of experience in High-value Real Estate/Wealth Management in a Leading Bank/BFSI Sector.
- Relevant experience in selling High-value products to HNIs/UHNIs and Luxury products.
