The role involves leading the creation and execution of customer relationship management (CRM) journeys and automations to boost customer conversion and promotional communications for a specific line of business.

  • Manage cross-functional and geographical stakeholder management to deliver on set campaign objectives.
  • Innovate on new campaign types and identify opportunities for increasing deliverability.
  • Partner closely with colleagues across the organization, including product managers, engineers, experience designers, content strategists, researchers, creatives, legal, operations, policy, and PR.
  • Anchor project briefs and serve as a single point of contact for campaign execution and root cause analysis.
  • Develop, measure, and reach objectives and key results at pace without sacrificing quality.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of relevant work experience in CRM campaigns in operations functions at high-growth or technology companies.
  • Experience working on Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) CRM platform is highly preferred.
  • Best-in-class communication skills with a proven ability to work directly with technical teams and lead cross-functional teams more broadly.
  • An understanding and passion for recognizing emerging trends, creative excellence, and new technologies.
  • Ability to work within tight deadlines, adjust to changes in priorities, and balance short-term needs with long-term strategic initiatives.
