Key responsibilities include developing and executing plans to increase user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth for our B2B product.","Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new features or products that support growth while optimizing user experience.","Improve customer satisfaction and experience from a product standpoint.","Responsible for the success and achievement of numbers (P&L, customers on-boarded, activated) for the assigned category.","Spearhead and drive relationships with key partners for our B2B product.","Maintain strong customer-centric principles within the organization and with clients.","Understand customer needs and develop plans to address them ensuring fast closures.","Identify key staff in client companies to cultivate profitable relationships.","Gain solid knowledge of market trends regulations and competition.","Build comprehensive knowledge of our company's products and offerings.","Create business models and high-end decks with complete value proposition as part of product pitches.","Work with internal departments to onboard new prospects and existing players on our products.","Manage various onboarding and go-live projects simultaneously in an effective and timely manner.","Prepare dashboards and trackers and share them with management on a weekly and monthly basis to ensure successful rollout.","Preferred Candidates-
  • Strong understanding of payments and digital technologies.
  • Experience in building and running payments products/platforms is an added advantage.
  • Hands-on experience with MS Office Excel PowerPoint Word.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to achieve consensus and drive business objectives.
  • Customer-centric and analytical to influence decision-making.
  • Familiarity with AI capabilities and ability to leverage AI-driven insights/tools for business development and partner engagement.
