Your Role:
- Develop campaign plans aligned with business objectives and ideal customer profiles
- Launch, monitor, and optimize multi-channel campaigns for maximum impact
- Design and execute A/B tests for messaging, targeting, and cadence to drive results
- Collaborate cross-functionally to gather inputs and feedback from stakeholders
- Analyze performance metrics and scale successful tactics to drive revenue growth
- Coach team members on best practices for outbound success
Requirements:
- Strong analytical mindset with 1–3 years of experience in campaign management or demand generation
- Proficiency with CRM and automation tools to streamline processes
- Solid understanding of sales funnel metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work closely with cross-functional teams
