Financial Performance Associate

This role is a key position within the company, responsible for overseeing various financial activities to ensure overall performance and stability. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, strong communication abilities, and a proven track record in managing complex financial data.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and trial balance.
  • Preparing and analyzing financial reports to ensure timely decision-making and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Identifying areas of improvement and implementing cost-saving initiatives to optimize financial performance.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and internal teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in Finance or Accounting with 5+ years of experience in a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of financial analysis tools, such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
