Job Overview

This is a leadership role that involves overseeing the management of contracts and ensuring the efficient use of assets within the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Management: Manage a team of asset/contract management professionals to operate during European hours primarily with exceptions for India hours.
  • Operational Requirements: Understand operational requirements, research best practices, and maintain the highest level of performance of the team.
  • Asset and Contract Management: Ensure all assets/contracts are properly managed, tracked, and renewed as necessary.
  • Platform Management: Oversee the use and management of assets within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to contract and asset management processes.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including clients and senior management.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on contract and asset management activities.
  • Training and Development: Develop training and growth opportunities for team members.
  • Team Culture: Cultivate a team environment that provides exceptional interactions and ensures all staff members perform at a consistently high level.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in contract management and asset management, preferably within the ServiceNow platform with 7 to 12 years of experience.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt quickly to new working conditions and deliver outcomes.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficiency in ServiceNow and other relevant software tools.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Education: A degree in business, finance, or a related field is often preferred.
