Job Title: Senior Business Systems Analyst

OpSec Security is a leading provider of brand authenticity and integrity solutions, serving top global brands and governments. We're seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to join our Engineering organization, responsible for business and technical analysis of new products and features.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with Product Management to understand high-level requirements and priorities, driving great outcomes through our agile Scrum process.
  • Work closely with software development teams to ensure alignment of planned implementation with expectations of Product Management.
  • Write user stories with clear acceptance criteria, translating business requirements into technical and functional requirements.
  • Prioritize user stories in agreement with Product Management epic-level priorities.
  • Collaborate with tech leads to drive development teams, clear impediments, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Plan sprints in partnership with engineers and in accordance with Product Management priorities.
  • Provide feedback on in-progress work to engineers and QA testers before completion of a sprint.
  • Participate in Sprint Reviews, accepting or rejecting functionality presented.
  • Manage and contribute to Engineering wiki content, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Work with stakeholders and Product Management to drive beta testing and/or UAT activities prior to release of new products and features.
  • Report on progress and health of assigned projects, as well as health and output of assigned development teams.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in roles such as business analyst, business systems analyst, technical analyst, technical product owner, or other similar roles.
  • Previous experience interacting with software development teams in an Agile environment.
  • Completion of formal agile training is preferred.
