About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly skilled Garment Manufacturing Strategist to lead our woven apparel export division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of production, including garment fit checking, and driving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the technical development process of production operations for the woven apparel export division.
  • Collaborate closely with design, production, and quality assurance teams to ensure accurate translation of garment designs into production-ready patterns and specifications.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize production efficiency, reduce lead times, and enhance overall operational performance.
  • Conduct regular inspections of production samples to identify and address any deviations from quality standards.
  • Work closely with manufacturing units to resolve technical issues and improve production processes.
  • Train and mentor team members on garment construction techniques, quality control procedures, and industry best practices.
  • Delegate tasks effectively, prioritizing workload to meet project deadlines and production schedules.

Requirements:
  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Apparel Manufacturing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in production operations management, preferably in the woven apparel manufacturing and export industry.
  • Strong knowledge of different fabrics and styles of garments.
  • Proven track record of success in driving operational excellence, improving productivity, and achieving cost savings in a manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of garment fitting and sample review.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
