Garment Technician/Pattern Master/Maker – Lingerie (Shyaway)

Shyaway is a leading lingerie brand specializing in high-quality intimate wear, catering to the evolving needs of modern women. As we expand both online and offline, we are looking for an experienced Pattern Master to help us develop well-fitted, comfortable, and stylish lingerie products.

Key Responsibilities:

•Develop accurate patterns for bras, panties, shapewear, nightwear, and other lingerie categories.

•Work closely with the design and production teams to translate sketches into functional patterns.

•Ensure perfect fit, comfort, and aesthetic appeal through pattern development and modifications.

•Conduct fit trials and make necessary adjustments before bulk production.

•Optimize fabric consumption and garment construction for cost efficiency.

•Collaborate with sewing teams to resolve technical and production challenges.

•Maintain detailed records of pattern specifications for future use.

•Stay updated with the latest lingerie trends, fabrics, and manufacturing techniques.

Requirements:

•5+ years of experience in pattern-making for lingerie or intimate apparel.

•Expertise in manual and digital pattern-making (Lectra, Gerber, Optitex, or similar software preferred).

•Strong knowledge of grading rules, fabric behavior, and sewing techniques specific to lingerie.

•Experience in creating underwired, padded, and non-padded bras is a plus.

•Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and in a fast-paced environment.

•Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail and precision.

Preferred Qualifications:

•Experience working with Indian and international lingerie brands.

•Knowledge of 3D garment fitting technology.

•Prior experience in mass production and sampling processes.
