Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workday Functional Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our project management group, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality Workday HCM projects from start to finish.

The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of the Workday HCM modules, including Core HCM, Recruiting, Talent Management, Advanced Compensation, and Absence Management. They will also possess strong functional configuration skills, business process expertise, and experience with study customer requirements on financial processes and map them in Workday Cloud.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Workday Functional consultant with multimodule exp - core HCM + Recruiting/Talent/Advance Compensation
  • Strong in core HCM + recruiting/Talent/Advance compensation
  • Exp in functional configurations, Business process,Security,Alerts,Notifications,EIB's
  • Study customer requirements on financial processes and map them in Workday Cloud.
  • Analyze As-Is Processes and design the optimized To-Be Processes
  • Perform Design Validation and identify areas of improvement
  • Suggest and improve business processes
  • Prepare Training Material, SOPs etc for Workday processes.
  • Prepare Test Scripts, and perform Testing Workday functionality & configuration
  • Impart training to users on Workday

Qualifications and Skills:

  • BE/MBA/M.Tech
  • Should have experience in Workday Financial Implementation and Support
  • Extensive experience with Workday modules is critical.
  • Commanding knowledge in HR domain and Business Process Flows.
  • Proficiency with business processes including: Core HCM, Recruiting, Talent Management, Advanced Compensation, Absence Management required.
  • Experience in leading and execution of testing in all the cycles of the project.
  • Good communication and customer facing skills.
  • Tried capability in designing solutions and providing process consulting
