Catalog Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Catalog Manager to oversee the entire catalog lifecycle, from product data collection to catalog uploads across various platforms. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with platform guidelines and standard operating procedures, while also driving operational efficiency and quality assurance.

About the Role:

  • Catalog Oversight: Develop and implement catalog management processes to meet business goals, ensuring timely and accurate catalog uploads across all channels.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain the highest quality of catalog output, ensuring accuracy and consistency in product information, descriptions, and visuals.
  • Operational Planning: Develop capacity plans and forecasts to meet operational goals, streamlining workflows and reducing dependencies.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a team of cataloguers to ensure timely and high-quality listings.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver the final catalog output and resolve any issues promptly.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 5-6 years of experience managing catalog operations, preferably in fashion or e-commerce sectors.
  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for catalog management, data organization, and reporting.
  • Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of fashion categories, trends, and terminology to ensure accurate catalog creation.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effectively collaborating with stakeholders and guiding the catalog team.
