Shopify Development Role

We are seeking an experienced Shopify developer to join our team.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and customize Shopify themes using Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Convert Figma/Sketch/Adobe XD designs into pixel-perfect Shopify storefronts.
  • Configure store functionalities: navigation, product catalogs, product variants, checkout flows.
  • Integrate third-party apps and APIs (CRMs, ERPs, payment gateways, shipping solutions).
  • Optimize performance with lazy loading, minification, Liquid best practices, and mobile-first layouts.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Liquid errors, bugs, and cross-browser compatibility issues.
  • Implement SEO best practices: schema markup, 301 redirects, canonical tags, and site structure improvements.
  • Provide documentation and knowledge transfer for internal teams and clients.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience in Shopify development.
  • Strong proficiency in Liquid, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+).
  • Experience with Shopify REST and GraphQL APIs.
  • Proficient with Git/GitHub version control.
  • Skilled in performance optimization tools: Google Lighthouse, GTmetrix, PageSpeed Insights.
  • Familiarity with collaboration tools like JIRA, Trello, Slack.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Deep understanding of eCommerce best practices and Shopify ecosystem.
  • Experience with analytics and tracking setup for marketing campaigns.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
