Job Title: Employee Health Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Employee Health Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing employee health and benefits programs for various clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategies to promote employee health and well-being;
  2. Manage relationships with clients to ensure excellent customer service and high client retention rates;
  3. Analyze clients' portfolios to advise on risk management and optimize policy terms;
  4. Prepare proposals for client presentations and facilitate roadshows;
  5. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality services and ensure timely reminders for premium payments.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven leadership traits and strong analytical skills;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills;
  • Able to manage diverse client cultures, including Indian Corporate, MNC Corporation, and PSU clients;
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
