Lead Landscape Designer

About this role:
We are seeking an ambitious Landscape Architect to join our team. As a key member of our design department, you will be responsible for creating innovative and functional landscape designs that meet the needs of our clients.
Your primary focus will be on designing plans and construction documents for landscape projects, conducting site visits to assess existing conditions, and collaborating with senior landscape architects and designers to develop design concepts.
You will also be responsible for preparing presentation materials, including renderings and drawings, to effectively communicate design ideas to clients and stakeholders.
In addition, you will assist in the selection of plant materials and other landscape elements, conduct research on materials, methods, and regulations related to landscape architecture, and coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project.
Requirements:
Education: A Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field is required. A Master's degree is preferred.
Certifications: Relevant certifications in landscape architecture and technology are highly desirable.
Experience: 2-4 years of experience in landscape architecture and design is essential.
Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong understanding of software architecture principles and patterns, experience with REVIT, leadership, communication, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, multitasking, and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
