Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Lead Landscape Designer to join our team and lead the design and development of innovative outdoor spaces from concept to completion. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.

This is a challenging role that requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and present comprehensive design proposals, including plans, sketches, and 3D visualizations.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure the seamless integration of landscape design with other project elements.
  • Conduct thorough site analysis and assessment to determine project feasibility and environmental impact.
  • Oversee the selection and procurement of materials, plants, and equipment for landscape projects.
  • Coordinate and supervise the work of junior landscape designers and external consultants.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, or Master's degree preferred.
  • Relevant certifications in landscape architecture and technology.
  • 4-6 years/ 7-10 years of experience in landscape architecture design.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong understanding of software architecture principles and patterns, experience with REVIT is highly desirable.
