• Lead and manage the design and development of landscape projects from conceptto completion.
• Prepare and present design proposals, including plans, sketches, and 3Dvisualizations.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure the successful integrationof landscape design with other project elements.
• Conduct site analysis and assessment to determine project feasibility andenvironmental impact.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful projectdelivery.
• Oversee the selection and procurement of materials, plants, and equipment forlandscape projects.
• Coordinate and supervise the work of junior landscape architects and externalconsultants.
• Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and regulations related tolandscape architecture.
• Attend client meetings, presentations, and public hearings to address projectrequirements and concerns.
• Maintain effective communication and collaboration with project stakeholdersthroughout the design and construction process.Desired Candidate Profile:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, or Master's degree preferred.
• Qualifications: Relevant certifications in landscape architecture and technology.
• Industry of Work Experience: 4-6years/ 7-10years of experience in landscape architecture design.
• Language Requirements: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Technical and Hard Skills: Strong understanding of software architecture principlesand patterns, experience with REVIT is Must.
• Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, ability towork collaboratively in a team environment.
• Personal Qualities and Physical Abilities: Strong attention to detail, ability to multitaskand manage competing priorities, ability to work in a fast-paced environment
