Senior Landscape Architect

As a Senior Landscape Architect, you will be responsible for developing conceptual and detailed landscape designs for various real estate projects. Your role will involve collaborating with architects, urban planners, civil engineers, and environmental consultants to create integrated project designs.
You will ensure compliance with local municipal norms, environmental regulations, and project-specific guidelines. Additionally, you will oversee the implementation of landscape design at project sites, coordinate with contractors and vendors, and review landscape BOQs, cost estimates, and construction drawings.
Furthermore, you will conduct site assessments, soil analysis, and feasibility studies to support design decisions. You will also prepare presentations, mood boards, and design documentation for internal approvals and client presentations.
As a key member of our team, you will represent our company as a landscape design expert at meetings with architects, structural engineers, interior designers, MEP/infra consultants, and other stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture from a reputable institution.
- 8-12 years of relevant experience, preferably in landscape consultancy and real estate development projects.
- Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong knowledge of landscape architectural design, hardscape materials, softscape/horticulture, planting design, soil conditions, subsoil, and surface drainage systems.
- Familiarity with local development regulations, permissions, and environmental norms.
- Excellent design visualization, communication, and project management skills.
