">We are seeking a skilled IT Service Management professional to lead the development and maintenance of our Configuration Management Database (CMDB) within the ServiceNow platform.
">The ideal candidate will have excellent technical leadership and communication skills, with the ability to stay up-to-date with ServiceNow CMDB best practices and industry trends.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Collaborate with IT stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure CMDB solutions meet business needs.
- Implement and enforce CMDB data standards, policies, and procedures to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Develop and maintain CMDB documentation, including data models, workflows, and processes.
Requirements:
">- Experience in IT Service Management and CMDB development within the ServiceNow platform.
- Proven experience leading IT projects and teams.
- In-depth knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.
