About the Company

We are a PFRDA-approved Pension Fund Manager under the National Pension System (NPS).

Dynamics of the Role
This is an exciting opportunity in India's fast-growing pension industry. The role involves client acquisition, account management, project execution, and promoting NPS. You will be directly contributing to expanding NPS adoption by working with corporates, PSUs, emerging partners, and individual clients, while closely collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute plans to achieve business targets & expand customer base
Promote NPS to corporate and retail clients
Generate new leads through references, LinkedIn, networking, and market outreach
Prospect, meet, and engage with top management of corporates (CXOs/VPs)
Negotiate terms, onboard corporates, and manage client implementation
Conduct presentations and awareness sessions on retirement planning solutions
Provide client support, resolve queries, and ensure smooth servicing
Stay updated with PFRDA guidelines and industry best practices
Who Can Apply
Fresh Graduates – 2025 Batch Pass-Outs
Candidates with 2–4 years of experience in Business Development, or Relationship Management
Immediate joiners will be preferred
Skills & Competencies
Strong communication & presentation skills
Networking, negotiation, and client engagement skills
Ability to work independently & achieve targets
Flexibility to travel within Gujarat as per business needs
