Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team as a Senior Recruiter - Growth & Innovation. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end recruitment process, collaborating closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic workforce plans.

You will take ownership of talent acquisition initiatives, from identifying top candidates to onboarding new hires. Your expertise will be invaluable in driving continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making through the utilization of recruitment dashboards.

In addition, you will cultivate a high-performing team, fostering growth and engagement among team members. You will lead and actively participate in talent acquisition projects and other HR focus areas to drive organizational excellence and achievement of strategic objectives.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 12-15 years of Talent Acquisition experience and at least 3 years people management experience
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition lead or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruiting tools
  • Experience with employer branding and talent marketing strategies
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
