End-to-End Transition Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Transition Manager to lead our end-to-end transitions for Medical coding clients.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive transition plans to ensure seamless migrations, including due diligence, solution design, process migration, stabilization, and handover to operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful transitions, aligning with business objectives.
- Drive governance and communication frameworks to ensure transparency, accountability, and alignment with business goals.
- E nsure compliance with HIPAA and healthcare industry standards throughout the transition process.
- P present executive-level dashboards, reports, and updates to leadership and clients.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, enhancing best practices in the transitions function.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- At least 18 years of overall experience, with a minimum of 10 years leading transitions within the Healthcare domain (Coding).
- Currently working at an AGM/DGM level or equivalent.
- Proven track record of managing complex, multi-process transitions with US-based healthcare clients.
- Strong understanding of healthcare processes across payer, provider, RCM, and Medical coding operations preferred.
- Excellent client engagement, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- PMP / Prince2 or Transition Management certification (preferred but not mandatory).
