Job Title: ServiceNow SecOps Specialist

This role involves leading and supporting the implementation of Security Operations modules in ServiceNow, focusing on Vulnerability Response (VR) and Security Incident Response (SIR).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implementation & Configuration:
    • Manage the end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow Security Operations modules – VR and SIR.
    • Configure workflows, playbooks, data imports, dashboards, and business rules for VR/SIR.
    • Integrate threat intelligence and vulnerability scanners.
    • Create automation solutions using Flow Designer or Security Orchestration (SOAR).
  • Requirements Gathering & Design:
    • Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to gather requirements.
    • Translate business needs into technical specifications.
  • Integration & Automation:
    • Integrate ServiceNow SecOps with external tools such as SIEMs, CMDB, scanners, threat intel platforms, and ticketing systems.
    • Develop remediation workflows for auto-assignment, enrichment, escalation, and resolution.
  • Testing & Deployment:
    • Perform UAT and defect resolution.
    • Evaluate system performance, scalability, and security compliance during deployment.
  • Documentation & Training:
    • Create solution design documents and implementation runbooks.
    • Conduct knowledge transfer sessions.
