Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our centers.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate schedules across multiple locations, reviewing upcoming availability and capacity requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on examiner allocation forecasts.
  • Monitor center utilization and recommend adjustments or expansions based on demand.
  • Manage accurate submission of invoices for our centers, verifying exam volumes and facilitating timely payments.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to manage unforeseen events, ensuring minimum impact on candidates and stakeholders.
  • Oversee CCTV monitoring across our centers to ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Handle requests from our centers regarding changes in setup or personnel, directing them to the appropriate internal teams.
  • Proactively identify and communicate quality-related observations or opportunities for improvement to the relevant teams.
  • Conduct visits to our centers to assess operations, ensure adherence to company standards, and provide on-site support for continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field preferred.
  • 1-3 years previous working experience in a multi-cultural environment would be considered a plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent command of the English language (level C2). Extra languages desired.
  • Advanced computer literacy is required.
  • Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience in liaising with multiple teams and departments.
  • Strong focus on compliance, ensuring all processes and communications adhere to relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Flexibility to travel as required to support operational needs.
