Financing and Planning Executive

We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to lead our financial planning initiatives in Europe, based in India. This candidate will partner with cross-functional teams, drive business insights, and ensure best-in-class process excellence to support operational growth.

About the Role:

  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to ensure accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
  • Drive SAP S/4HANA FICO expertise adoption, optimization, and continuous improvement of financial processes.
  • Manage end-to-end business cycles including order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, plan-to-product, and request-to-service.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 15–20 years' experience in Finance/Accounting with senior-level or managerial roles.
  • Certified SAP Application Associate – SAP S/4HANA Financial Accounting (or equivalent).
  • Expertise in SAP FICO, Product Costing, CO-PA, and SAP Business Processes.
  • Demonstrated leadership in budgeting, costing, and financial analysis.
  • Proficiency with Hyperion Financial Reporting and other advanced analytics tools.
  • Proven track record in process improvement, audits, and compliance management.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
