Job Title: Oracle Fusion Techno-Functional Consultant

  • Job Description:
  • We are seeking an experienced professional to design, implement and configure Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) functionalities within the Oracle HCM Cloud suite.
  • This role requires a solid understanding of both functional business processes and technical capabilities to build Fast formulas.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
  • Design and develop solutions, including writing simple OTL fast formulas.
  • Complete Functional User Testing and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect resolution, and deployment activities.
  • Provide ongoing production support and enhancements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Payroll, Absence Management, and project teams.
  • Requirements:
  • An experienced Oracle Fusion Techno-Functional Consultant with expertise in Oracle Time and Labor (OTL).
