**Toys Category Leader Position**

We are seeking an accomplished individual to lead our Toys category, driving growth through strategic assortment management and cross-functional collaboration.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Onboard prominent Toys brands across e-commerce marketplaces and offline retail channels, leveraging expertise in supplier network and consumer behavior.
  • Manage the lifecycle of global brands in international markets, applying knowledge of product assortment and manufacturing.
  • Develop a curated portfolio of Toys brands, focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Drive business growth by optimizing assortment expansion, SKU management, packaging, content, and supply chain optimization, while partnering with cross-functional teams to enhance brand performance.
  • Contribute to a robust omnichannel presence across Ecommerce and offline channels, ensuring seamless customer interactions.
  • Enhance profitability and scalability through effective margin management and GMV contribution.

**Requirements:**

  • 8+ years of experience in category management, including 4+ years in offline retail and eCommerce, with at least 2+ years in the Toys category preferred.
  • In-depth understanding of Toys' specific consumer behavior, product assortment, manufacturing, and supplier network.
  • Expertise in marketplace/retail selling: category strategy, pricing, visibility, and marketing levers.
  • Demonstrated success in scaling assortment and lifecycle SKU management.
  • Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration across brand, operations, technology, and analytics.
