Job Description

As a seasoned Product Owner, you will spearhead the development and delivery of transformational initiatives across Credit Analysis, Insurance, and Risk & Compliance domains.

With a strong background in business analysis and product ownership, you will bring a unique blend of skills to the table, enabling you to effectively translate business needs into customer-centric digital solutions.

You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, business subject matter experts, and cross-functional Agile teams to define vision, manage product backlogs, and drive delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business priorities.
  • Act as SME in your respective domain (Credit, Insurance, or Risk & Compliance).
  • Own, manage, and prioritize the product backlog using Agile best practices.
  • Draft and refine user stories with detailed acceptance criteria.
  • Partner with stakeholders (business, IT, compliance, actuarial, underwriting, risk teams) to capture requirements and ensure alignment.
  • Facilitate scrum ceremonies: backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives.
  • Support build, testing, UAT, training, and rollout activities.
  • Monitor product performance, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction; drive continuous improvement.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to enhance processes and user experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • 7+ years of total experience, including 4+ years as a Product Owner.
  • Strong business analysis & documentation skills.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Proven stakeholder management & communication skills.
  • Track record of delivering high-impact digital products in BFSI.
