Lead Quality Platform Manager

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage our lead quality platform, ensuring the smooth delivery of high-quality leads to Fortune 100 clients.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role where you will be instrumental in driving the success of our platform by working closely with cross-functional teams and utilizing Agile methodologies to prioritize and execute product roadmap initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the product backlog for your assigned engineering team, owning and maintaining it to ensure clarity and alignment across stakeholders.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, participating in all Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Provide clear and concise user stories that include acceptance criteria and dependencies, facilitating effective communication between engineering, UX/UI, and the broader product team.
  • Review and accept completed work, ensuring it meets the definition of done and the original requirements before it is released to QA or production.
  • Facilitate effective communication and remove roadblocks between engineering, UX/UI, and the broader product team.
  • Develop technical empathy, understanding the technical implications of product decisions and working with the engineering team to manage technical debt and ensure sustainable development practices.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven experience working directly with an Agile development team and managing a product backlog.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a strong attention to detail.
  • Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
  • Ability to translate complex product requirements into clear, actionable user stories.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with engineers, designers, and stakeholders.
  • A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to unblock teams and keep projects moving forward.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Azure DevOps.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Computer Science).
