Job Title: AI Engineering Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled GenAI Engineer to spearhead the development of our AI Agent platforms.

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of scaling services to 200K+ MAUs and experience with conversational AI systems and evaluation frameworks. They will also have strong communication skills, the ability to collaborate across engineering, product, and design teams, and be responsible for delivering high-quality products on time.

  • Design and implement the architecture of AI Agent platforms, ensuring cost-efficiency and alignment with the overall architectural vision.
  • Take ownership of the delivery timeline and coordinate the complete development of products, including pre-planning and scaling infrastructure.
  • Communicate clear goals, provide constructive feedback, manage, coach, and support the engineering team.
  • Maintain high standards of code quality through regular design and code reviews.

Requirements:

  • Proven expertise in architecting and scaling AI Agent platforms with measurable adoption.
  • Strong knowledge of RAG pipelines (retrieval optimization, reranking, chunking, knowledge graphs).
  • Deep experience with conversational AI systems and evaluation frameworks.
  • Track record of scaling services to 200K+ MAUs or equivalent scale.
  • 4+ years of engineering experience with demonstrated leadership in technical decision-making.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across engineering, product, and design teams.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience in Node.js and modern front-end frameworks (Vue.js/React/Angular) is a plus.
