Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a skilled Regional Supply Chain Manager to oversee the servicing of orders for regional sales teams and drive shipment documentation with cross-functional teams.
  • The ideal candidate will analyze order status, identify potential issues, and take end-to-end ownership of assigned orders to ensure timely resolution.
  • This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, effective communication, and decision-making ability.

Responsibilities:

  1. Order Management:
  • Manage the servicing of orders for regional sales teams within a defined customer service framework.
  • Analyze order status in our systems, gather information on scheduling, material receipt, and dispatch schedules, and identify potential issues that may affect defined timelines.
  • Take end-to-end ownership of assigned orders for the region, drive shipment documentation with CFT teams, and plan shipments with logistics teams to mitigate risks and delays.
Supply Chain Technology:
  • Identify opportunities for implementing IT & automation in order management processes to improve supply chain visibility, drive implementation and rollout cycles for IT & technology automations within SCM jointly with IT.
Knowledge and Skills:
  • Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel and reporting (VBA macros, Power BI), good understanding of supply chain essentials, preferably pharma.
  • SAP knowledge essential, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, effective communication skills, decision-making ability, negotiation skills/conflict resolution, ability to manage multiple stakeholders, ability to understand and work around constraints.
  • Excellent time management skills, ability to meet tight deadlines, excellent customer service skills, and excellent oral and written communication skills.
