Optimize Supply Chain Operations as a Solutions Expert

Solution consultants play a crucial role in helping clients optimize their supply chain operations by configuring effective solutions using Kinaxis RapidResponse (Maestro).

This position involves working directly with clients to understand their business needs and collaborate with project teams to configure solutions accordingly.

The solution consultant will work closely with solution architects and senior solution consultants to deliver high-quality solutions that meet client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with clients to comprehend their business requirements and collaborate with project teams to configure solutions.
  • Configure RapidResponse (Maestro) according to customer-specific processes, business requirements, and source system functionality.
  • Support solution architects in designing complex solutions for business requirements while maintaining best practices.
  • Validate and test solutions, capture user feedback, and support data management and integration activities.
Required Qualifications:
  • Relevant experience of 1-5 years is required.
  • Academic degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or Operations Research, or related field with excellent academic record.
  • Certification as Solution Consultant level 1 is mandatory; higher certifications are an asset.
  • Ability to develop RapidResponse (Maestro) resources to provide or support expected functionalities.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Preferred Skills:
  • Detailed-oriented and self-directed.
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Practical knowledge of supply chain systems and business operations.
