Senior Business Analyst Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Senior Business Analyst to lead enterprise-level business analysis, requirement elicitation, and delivery governance. The ideal candidate will possess deep experience in business process modeling, stakeholder engagement, and driving cross-functional initiatives from discovery to delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

  1. Lead end-to-end business analysis by identifying stakeholder needs and proposing practical, value-driven solutions.
  2. Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and engagement sessions across business units.
  3. Perform feasibility analysis and impact assessments for new business initiatives.
  4. Create and present strategic recommendations, insights, and reports to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
  5. Align business programs with strategic objectives and manage delivery milestones.
  6. Track program performance via KPIs, dashboards, and risk logs; implement mitigation strategies proactively.
  7. Conduct recurring governance calls with business owners and ensure transparent communication of progress and roadblocks.
  8. Translate business needs into clear, complete, and testable Business Requirement Documents and Functional Specifications Documents.
  9. Ensure continuous alignment between business expectations and technical implementation.
  10. Maintain comprehensive documentation for audit, tracking, and compliance purposes.
  11. Collaborate with Project Managers to align delivery plans with business priorities and timelines.
  12. Track and report delivery milestones, identify bottlenecks, and facilitate on-time completion.
  13. Drive governance reviews with leadership, maintaining a focus on value realization and risk mitigation.
  14. Recommend course corrections throughout the project lifecycle to meet evolving business needs.
  15. Support UAT and QA cycles, ensuring business scenarios are properly validated against system functionality.
  16. Lead rollout and post-deployment activities including stakeholder training, process handovers, and benefit tracking.
  17. Mentor junior analysts and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  18. Guide development teams to ensure technical output matches functional expectations.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of hands-on experience in business analysis, strategic program delivery, or related roles.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Zoho CRM, Business analysis tools, SDLC, Agile methodologies, and business process modeling.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present insights to C-level executives.
  • Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional teams and influencing without authority.

  • CBAP - Certified Business Analysis Professional
  • PMI-PBA - Professional in Business Analysis
  • Agile Business Analyst Certification
