Job Summary

The Indian Hotels Company Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for formulating budgets, ensuring compliance with internal control procedures, and providing financial reports to support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Financial Controller in developing and implementing financial strategies to drive business growth.
  • Ensure timely preparation and submission of financial reports, including balance sheets and profit and loss statements.
  • Monitor and control costs, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including banks and government authorities, to resolve financial matters.
  • Maintain the integrity and security of financial data.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in financial management, with a strong background in accounting and finance.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
