Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team at Boot Camp. In this role, you will maintain accurate financial records, reconcile bank statements, and assist with day-to-day finance operations.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain financial records, including balance sheets and general ledger accounts.
  • Reconcile bank statements by comparing transactions to the general ledger.
  • Assist with budget review, report generation, and other finance-related tasks.
  • Process payroll accurately and timely.
  • Maintain up-to-date accounting documents and records.

You will also be responsible for preparing bank deposits and following up with clients and vendors regarding Tally and GST-related matters.
