Job Summary

The Financial Operations Assistant will work closely with the Financial Controller to ensure the accurate preparation and presentation of financial reports.

Key Responsibilities

·Assist in formulating and adhering to budgets.

·Generate financial reports to inform decision-making.

·Ensure the compliance of Internal Control procedures.

·Monitor cost and profit performance and provide recommendations.

Task Statements

·Maintain adherence to Standard Accounting procedures (GAAP).

·Prepare and submit MIS reports in a timely manner.

·Ensure monthly closing of books of accounts.

·Assist in ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.

·Balance Sheet Management.

·Creditors control.

·Prepare Balance sheet and profit and loss statements.

·Liaise with Banks, financial institutions, and government authorities.

·Maintain data integrity.
