Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to join our team at ASSPL - Maharashtra. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in customer-facing environments, warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end operations at one large site or a combination of small sites. Key responsibilities include:

  • Executing inbound and outbound operations to meet customer-facing metrics while maintaining cost targets and upholding safety and morale of the team.
  • Driving performance management of team members by preparing and implementing training and development plans.
  • Continuously improving the delivery process to attain sustained levels of delivery performance improvement.
  • Conducting 4M and 5S audits daily for the delivery station.

This role requires a high level of organizational and leadership skills, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must have:

  • A Bachelor's degree.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
