Workplace Design Lead

We are seeking a creative professional to join our organization as a Workplace Design Lead, with a passion for transforming interior spaces into functional and aesthetically pleasing environments.

This role involves leading a team in building and delivering workspaces that meet client expectations. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and implementing innovative space plans, managing budgets, and fostering a collaborative work culture.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Conduct research to understand client needs and translate them into actionable plans.
    • Develop conceptual design proposals that integrate comprehensive space planning, sustainable material choices, and refined furniture selections.
    • Craft compelling presentations to communicate design concepts effectively.
    • Leverage space utilization strategies to enhance productivity and foster a cohesive work culture.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture or interior design.
  • Minimum 7-12 years of experience in workplace design projects and team management.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Sketchup, Revit, and Photoshop.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Project management experience is beneficial.
