Job Title: Transformational UX Designer

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled UX Designer to create impactful learning experiences for millions of students. As a key member of our team, you will work at the intersection of design, technology, and education.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in crafting intuitive, engaging digital products. Your expertise will be crucial in leading end-to-end design for features and products across web and mobile platforms from discovery to delivery.

You will conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions. Additionally, you will create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs that effectively communicate solutions.

Collaboration is essential in this role, as you will work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other Designers to build and ship high-quality experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end design for features and products across web and mobile platforms.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions.
  • Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and ship high-quality experiences.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • A strong portfolio demonstrating your process and impact on shipped digital products.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices across web and mobile platforms.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
