Our corporate travel consultant will handle end-to-end travel arrangements, ensuring seamless experiences for employees, management, and guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel bookings
  • Maintain records of all bookings, cancellations, and re-schedulings
  • Liaise with travel agents, vendors, and service providers
  • Assist with visa applications, travel insurance, and foreign exchange
  • Track travel expenses and submit MIS/reports to management
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Graduate degree in any field; a diploma in Travel and Tourism is an asset
  • 4–6 years of experience in a corporate travel desk or travel agency
  • Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
  • Familiarity with travel booking platforms
